Any BCDSS member is entitled to be represented at the AGM by proxy. Their proxy must be held by another BCDSS member in good standing. Any BCDSS member in good standing may hold a proxy, but they may only hold one proxy. You may use the official proxy form, or failing that write your own which includes the same information (we recommend using the official form).
If you are unable to attend in person, regardless of your physical location you are welcome to participate via teleconference. There are local dial-in numbers for major centers across the country, and a toll-free number for everyone else. So no long distance charges should apply regardless of where you have to call from.
Please contact discbc@bcdss.bc.ca in order to indicate your interest in participating by phone and recieve instructions.
A phone in participant who will be holding a proxy, will need to fax or e-mail a scanned copy of the proxy form in advance of the metting.
A flymart is a flee market for discs or disc paraphernalia. Bring stuff to buy/sell/trade.
The Ultimate Branch of the BCDSS is sponsoring a draw among interested Ultimate organizations for funding to attend CUPA's second national leagues and organizer conference, November 10-11 in Ottawa. The Ultimate branch is offering two subsidies of up to $700 to cover travel expenses to the conference.
To be eligible for the draw, your Ultimate organization must let us know you're interested, and must have at least one participant at the AGM (in person or by phone).
